Deliveries & Returns


 I ship to anywhere in UK, Europe and North and South America; if I receive an order that needs to be shipped anywhere else in the world I will contact you by email and quote you a postage cost for your approval before I ship your order. Payment will then be made securely through PayPal.

I aim to ship no later than the day following receipt of your order. I use Royal Mail First or Second class for UK and small parcel rates for everywhere else, and I will always send you an email to let you know that your order has been shipped.

Postage rates depend on the number of scarves or bags you order and the website will indicate the correct price for your order.

For any large order (over 7 scarves or 3 bags) I will contact you by email and quote you a postage cost for your approval before I ship your order. Payment will then be made securely through PayPal.

If your item is out of stock (it shouldn’t be but these things can happen) I will cancel your order (or that part of it) and let you have the bad news by email. You can then either choose another scarf or bag, or I will refund you in full – it’s up to you.


 I want you to be 100% happy with your bag or scarf. If you’re not absolutely happy with your purchase, just return it to me and I will refund you the cost of the goods in full. No quibbles. I would only ask you to return the goods within 14 days and for them to be in perfect condition.

This will help us identify you and get your refund back to you as quickly as possible.

And finally..

Wherever possible, please use the Returns Slip which you will find on the bottom of the invoice which came with your goods.

Who pays for postage for returns?

If you live in EU and cancel your order in full within 7 days of receiving the goods, I will refund your standard postage in full. I cannot refund your postage if you cancel only part of your order, or if you cancel your order after 7 days. Of course I will refund the cost of the goods in full if you return them in perfect condition within 14 days.

You will have to pay the cost of sending the goods back to me.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel you order at any stage on the Site until you submit confirmation of your order. If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact me at as soon as you can and I will be happy to exchange your item or cancel your order and refund you in full. If the order has already been shipped, then please refer to my returns policy.
